As a sufferer of migraine and tension headaches I understand just how debilitating they can be. I’ve been on a multitude of different medications with varying degrees of success over the years. Then I was introduced to essential oils. After much trial and error I developed my proprietary blend of 6 essential oils that, if used early enough can prevent my migraine from going full-blown and if not used early enough can still provide significant relief. Directions- Most effective if used at first sign of impending headache (aura…). Apply to pulse points (temple, nape of neck, wrists), if possible at the time rest.
